Our process

Your Site Survey

An appointed surveyor will come around for a full measured survey of your property. They will also note down all your desired requirements for your proposal.

Drawings Initiated

The project is allocated to one of our architects who will design your project from the ground up, taking into account all your needs.

You review it!

We promise you will have your first draft within 10 working days unless agreed otherwise. You review your designs and get back to us with any changes required. We will then wrap-up your drawings to be ready for submission.

Submissions and Decision

Viola! We made it. Your plans and any additional documents will be submitted to the local council in a strategic manner to get a very swift approval. You will have to wait 6-8 weeks for a decision. We will act as your agent throughout and any changes required by the council will be done for free!

Next Steps

Once Planning is approved, we need to produce a package of works that covers Building Regulations and Structural Calculations, undertaken by our Chartered Engineers.
