This semi-detached property was bought by our clients who had a very specific approach in mind. What was clearly visible was the poor use of space, especially at the loft floor level where a small dormer was erected but at least 30-40% of the space was left un-useable.

With the help of our planning consultants, we were able to propose a few different planning submissions where we achieved a full hip to gable end loft conversion with a rear dormer, a front porch, some internal redesign of the layout and a 6m rear extension. Through these little snippets we are able to just capture the loft design as well as the structural engineering elements of the different floor levels. Projects like these can add substantial value to homes, not only by the immediate space provided, but the future value of such properties.
